The Miller team has been proud to host two interns this summer—Aaron Davis and Olivia James. As their program nears its end on August 5th, we wanted to take the opportunity to spotlight their efforts and thank them for their time.

Aaron’s efforts this summer have been centered around Miller’s Vapor Gard® product and its effect on lowering evapotranspiration while promoting plant health.

“I’ve really enjoyed learning a new side of the industry and working with a great team,” he says.

Following graduation, Aaron intends to find a job with financial security, where he enjoys what he does and the people he works with.

Olivia James — Marketing Intern

Major: Business Marketing with an emphasis in Digital Marketing

This summer, Olivia’s projects have been focused on gathering information and best practices for the Miller team to evaluate the potential needs and benefits of cultivating a stronger presence on social media.

“Working as an intern for Miller has taught me many valuable lessons I plan to bring with me in my next steps. I have learned so much along the way, and made great connections with the people here,” she explains.

After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in Marketing. She says, “I am very open to opportunities and am excited to see what the future holds.”

The internship program was facilitated by our parent company, Huber Engineered Materials (HEM), which is part of the J.M. Huber Corporation. The Huber internship program offers positions across the US in a variety of functional areas including Communications, Business, STEM and Environmental Science.

Interns work on innovative, real-world projects that have a tangible impact on the success of the company. In total, the HEM organization has been lucky to have support from 19 interns across these departments during the summer of 2022.

Miller is proud of the hard work and enthusiasm shown by Aaron and Olivia this summer. It has been fulfilling to witness their innovative contributions to our company as they grow their professional capabilities.

We thank them for their dedication and fresh perspectives this summer and wish them the best of luck achieving their goals.
