Overview
Developed for early vegetative stages and challenging soil conditions, Cytoplex® HMS is a multi-functional plant growth regulator (PGR) that helps accelerate root development, promotes lateral branching, and enhances early crop vigor.
Its EPA-registered formulation combines natural sea plant extracts rich in zeatin-based cytokinins with gibberellic acid and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) to promote new cell growth, elongation, and division. This blend helps improve emergence, strengthen shoot structure, and support higher productivity across a wide range of crops.
Application
Recommended crops include, but are not limited to: watermelons, cotton, cucurbits, blueberries, and bell peppers
May be applied via foliar spray or through in-furrow placement
Compatible with most starter fertilizers, fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides
For best results, apply at lower rates more frequently rather than making fewer high-rate applications

How does it work
Cytoplex® activates multiple plant growth hormone pathways simultaneously by combining natural cytokinins (zeatin purines), auxins (IBA), and gibberellins—each with distinct roles in plant physiology. Zeatin promotes cell division and shoot growth, auxins support root initiation and directional nutrient flow, and gibberellins drive cell elongation and nutrient mobilization.
