Evans Njambere has served as Global Innovation and Regulatory Director at Huber AgroSolutions since December 2024. In this role, he leads global innovation, regulatory, and quality initiatives.
He is a seasoned leader in crop protection, biotechnology, and biologicals, with nearly 30 years of experience and a strong track record of advancing products from discovery through commercialization. His expertise spans R&D, regulatory affairs, portfolio management, marketing, licensing, and global asset management.
Before joining Huber, Evans held global leadership roles at Gowan Company, Corteva, and DuPont Pioneer, where he led global teams, projects, programs and portfolios.
Evans holds a PMP certificate from Project Management Institute, a PhD in Plant Pathology from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of London.
