Karina von Detten is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the global agricultural and chemical industries. Since May 2025 she is General Manager at Huber AgroSolutions with responsibility across EMEA and APAC, based in Italy with the strong brands Biolchim, Cifo Ilsa as well as Miller.
In her role she is leading multi‑country organizations with full P&L accountability. Her background includes strategy, portfolio and innovation management, biologicals, and sustainability. Karina has extensive experience in M&A and post‑merger integration, as well as in leading large, multicultural teams in various countries amongst which Hungary, Germany and Italy.
She has held senior leadership roles at Nufarm and Bayer Crop Science, including country CEO and global integration lead positions.
