Monica Conybear serves as Global Director of Supply Chain at Huber AgroSolutions, a role she has held since Feb 2025. With more than 16 years of leadership experience across JM Huber, she has led supply chain planning, master data, analytics, customer care, materials management, and supply chain finance.
Earlier in her career, Monica worked in management consulting at Accenture, specializing in manufacturing strategy and supply chain optimization.
She is recognized for building functional capabilities from concept to steady state, leading multinational teams and projects to deliver sustainable value, and driving process improvements across the value chain.
Monica holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and an Executive MBA from Emory University.
